Oncore Executive Management Team

The Oncore Executive Management Team bring a vast
array of skills and backgrounds to the company.

The Executive team includes independent consultant and corporate strategist Susan Forrester as Board Chair, with the remaining five
Executives being: Managing Director Brenton Henderson, Chief Financial Officer Grant Gee, Finance Director / UK General Manager Andy Myers,
General Manager Michael Taylor, and Sales Director Phil Purcell.

These Executive Managers bring years of invaluable knowledge and experience to their positions, plus expertise across a range of
fields, including management, finance, business strategy and marketing, thus ensuring a solid foundation for the future growth of the company.

Susan Forrester

Board Chair
An experienced company director and former banking and finance lawyer, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her position as Oncore Board Chair. Susan's 20 years of commercial experience in the legal, governance and human resource areas spans both the public and private sectors. She is currently a director of G8 Education Ltd, Shine Lawyers Ltd (where she serves on their Audit and Risk Committee) Gold Coast Parklands, Queensland Children's Health Foundation and the Brisbane Festival Pty Ltd. In addition, she leads the Strategy Practice of corporate governance consultancy Board Matters Pty Ltd and is a member of Ergon Energy's People Committee and Audit and Financial Risk Committee. She is also former CEO of The CEO Institute in Queensland. Through these appointments, Susan has refined a keen interest in strategy development, corporate governance, brand and reputation management and strategic human resources. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Japanese), a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), and an Executive Master of Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Brenton Henderson

Managing Director
One of the founders and now Managing Director of Oncore Services, Brenton has built a successful career on a platform of leading-edge technology and expert business management. Brenton began his career in Oracle-based enterprise software development in Australia, for the Department of Defence in Canberra before heading to the UK. As an independent contractor, Brenton worked as a senior IT consultant with leading UK corporations including BP, Harrods, KPMG and Prudential Life and Pensions and subsequently identified a clear gap in the market for services to all parties engaging contract-based resources. Nowadays, corporations utilising the services of skilled contract resources, as well as recruitment agencies and contractors benefit from the contractor management services provided by Oncore, which Brenton helped develop. In 1998 Brenton established ITG and myOE as contractor management services delivering financial incentives to experienced professionals in the UK and Australia. Brenton's intimate knowledge of the recruitment and financial industries was crucial in the establishment of Oncore Services, bringing together existing and new services to the market. Brenton has a BAppSc in Mathematics and is also a founder and Director of Software as a service provider Gensolve, based in Australia and New Zealand.

Grant Gee

Chief Financial Officer
Grant has been here since the beginning, co-founding ITG with Brenton and also working as partner of ITG Partners Chartered Accountants for the last sixteen years. Having worked with a variety of SMEs, Grant brings expert financial and accounting skills to his role as CFO, ensuring the company achieves successful growth every year. Grant is also heavily involved in Oncore's business strategy development and operating systems, achieving scaled development to ensure the company's success. A qualified CPA, Grant's experience as a public accountant provides Oncore with expertise in all aspects of small business compliance and advice, including income tax, payroll tax, work cover, GST, mergers acquisitions, budgets, cashflow funding and statutory reporting, to list a few. Providing the initial seed capital and payroll expertise, Grant was an integral part of the continued growth of ITG and now plays a pivotal role at Oncore. Prior to joining ITG and Oncore, Grant was a senior partner at SGK, and also worked with John Bertram and Associates Financial Services in Melbourne after earning his BAcc.

Phil Purcell

Sales Director
As Oncore's Sales Director Phil has built a successful sales career, specialising in product development and sales in new markets. Prior to joining Oncore, Phil built and sold a communications company with an annual turnover of $10m, led Ergon Energy through early stage development and implementation of sales strategy for the emerging national deregulated energy market, and was responsible for early stage sales development and management at Seek. Phil has a Business Degree, and extensive ongoing professional development through Business Management School.

Andy Myers

Finance Director / General Manager
Andy has been working with Oncore since 2003, beginning as a management consultant and becoming Managing Director for the company's Northern Hemisphere operations. Andy brings accountancy and management knowledge to the company, having run his own accounting practice, ABMV, since 2003, where he remains the Managing Director. Andy also worked for Grant Thornton for several years and also played other key roles, following nine years as officer in the Royal Air Force. Andy has a BSc Honours in Maths and Astro Physics, is a member of the Institute of Directors and is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute for England.

Michael Taylor

General Manager
Michael joined Oncore in 2005 as NSW State Manager, tasked with building the company's profile and client base. Over time, Michael's responsibilities expanded to his current role of General Manager, Australia and New Zealand. Utilising his management and business development skills, Michael focuses on the business operational, system and human resource requirements across client services, relationship management, sales and marketing. Qualified as a lawyer, Michael worked in general practice before travelling and living in the UK. On his return to Australia, he spent ten years in management roles for several businesses including corporate recruiters Westaff and Skilled Group before joining Oncore. Michael holds a Bachelor of Laws and is admitted to Practice to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
